Terms and Conditions of Service Rome Airport Transportation Thank you for choosing “Rome Airport Transportation” By booking our services, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully. 1. Customer Responsibility Contact Details and Booking Information: It is the customer's responsibility to provide all required information completely and accurately, including:  First and last name,  Phone number with country code,  Valid email address,  Flight number, Ship,  Correct pick-up address,  Correct destination address,  Number of passengers,  Number of pieces of luggage,  Date and time of service, and any other requested information.  Information Verification: We invite the customer to carefully check all information provided in the first confirmation email received after the booking request to ensure that it is accurate and complete. 2. Confirmation and Booking Voucher  The final confirmation of the service occurs only through a valid email from our staff. The confirmation email serves as the voucher to be presented to the driver for both the outbound and return trips.  After receiving the first confirmation email and verifying that all information is correct, it is very important to reply with your confirmation to validate the service request. 3. Night Service and Additional Charges  Daytime Hours: from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.  Nighttime Hours: from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM.  For nighttime transfers, a *20% surcharge* is applied, which must be paid in advance online via PayPal or credit card.  We do not accept cash payments for night services. 4. Booking Channels Reservations are accepted exclusively through the online booking form or via WhatsApp at +39 3920441076. Other methods of request or booking will not be considered valid. 5. Payment Methods  Daytime Services: Cash directly to the driver, or advance payment online via PayPal or credit card (with a 5% fee).  Night Services**: Advance online payment (PayPal or credit card).  For bookings made via email after 7:00 PM, we cannot guarantee service prior to 24 hours the next day. 6. Service Characteristics  Private Service: The service is dedicated solely to the passengers booked, with no sharing with others.  Rates per Vehicle: Our rates apply per vehicle, not per passenger.  Included in Rates: VAT, meet and greet service at airports, ports, and stations, parking permits, and signage with your surname. 7. Service Availability and Holiday Schedule Services are guaranteed throughout the year, except on the following holiday dates: December 24, December 25, December 26, January 1, May 1, June 2, August 15, and Easter Sunday. 8. Child Passenger Policy Children are counted as passengers; a car seat, if requested, incurs an additional fee of **€10.00**. Please specify the child's age or weight in the booking form. 9. Waiting Time and No-Show Policy  Waiting Time: The waiting time is **60 minutes** from the flight's landing. The pick-up time will be the same as the flight landing time. Beyond this period, it will be considered a No-Show.  equest for Extra Time: If you require more time, it is possible to add extra time in the booking form.  Flight Delay No-Show Policy: After *120 minutes of flight delay*, we will consider the service as a No-Show.  For pick-ups at hotels, B&Bs, ports, and stations, the waiting time is 15 minutes.  Contact us for any issues or need for assistance during your travel. 10. Meeting Point and Pick-Up Procedures  Airports: Our driver will wait for you at the *MEETING POINT* located in the *Limo Service* hall. After you have passed passport control and collected your luggage, proceed to your driver, who will hold a sign with your name.  Civitavecchia Port: Meeting after customs clearance with the driver holding a sign with your name, waiting outside your ship.  Hotel/Facility: Your driver will wait as close as possible to the designated pick-up point indicated in the booking.  Special Permits: All our vehicles and drivers hold the necessary permits for customs areas in ports, airports, city centers, and ZTL (Limited Traffic Zones). 11. Cancellation Policy  Cancellations made 48 hours before the service: 100% refund.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service: No refund.  No-show without communication**: No refund.  For changes, cancellations, or modifications of service, please contact via email at least 12 hours before the pick-up time; otherwise, it will not be valid. 12. Baggage Limitations  Sedan: Up to 3 passengers and 4 pieces of luggage.  Minivan: Up to 8 passengers and 12 pieces of luggage.  The transport of excess luggage is subject to refusal if it compromises the safety of the trip. 13.
