Unprofessional Back Office - Overpriced. Driver was nice, and did his job. No issues there at all. Very unpleasant experience dealing directly with the operator. Very unprofessional interactions, rude, accusatory, threatening, and that person should not be interacting with customers. Also, the transport booked and accompanying confirmation said: Maximum 12 passengers, maximum 12 bags. We ended up only have 3 of the 8 take the van, and our 4 regular size and 1 carry one took up about 60% of the small space, and there was no way all other luggage would have fit, and no way the 12 people the confirmation said it would hold, let alone our total of 8. We found a highly professional company for the rest of our movements at about 25% less cost. So assessment here: at a minimum - overpriced. If you have any need to deal with the office - unpleasant and difficult getting straight answers.Posted on Tripadvisor

Rome Transfer Mia Limo is an excellent transport company. Our driver Antonio was waiting outside the cruise terminal at the Civitavecchia cruise port with a sign with our name right on time as we needed. He was very professional and very pleasant. He had to wait for us because we were a little late getting our luggage. We also had assistance at the airport which made everything easier after landing. The driver was friendly and the car was a comfortable Mercedes. Everything went smoothly without any stress. Traveling with family, this was a very comfortable and stress-free solution. The driver was friendly and flexible with timing, and the car had plenty of space for luggage. Katrin H195 days agoRome to Civitavecchia cruise transfer We booked a transfer from Rome to Civitavecchia Port for our MSC cruise and it was a very good experience. The driver arrived on time at our hotel in Rome and the trip to the cruise port was smooth and comfortable. What we really appreciated is that we were dropped off right under the ship, very close to the MSC cruise terminal, which made everything much easier with the luggage. Sven U199 days agoFiumicino Airport pickup and transfer to Civitavecchia Port We had a pickup at Fiumicino Airport and booked a short tour of Rome before going to Civitavecchia Cruise Port. It turned out to be a really good choice before boarding our ship. The driver was friendly and showed us some beautiful places in Rome and helped us take a few photos. We also stopped near the Trevi Fountain for a quick breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. After the city tour we had a smooth transfer to Civitavecchia Port and arrived before lunch with plenty of time for the cruise check-in at the cruise terminal. Everything was relaxed and well organized. Very convenient service if you arrive at the airport and want to see a little bit of Rome before heading to the cruise port. Steve M230 days agoLate pick up and broken credit card machine I scheduled a pick up from the Civitavecchia Port to the FCO (Rome) airport for a flight that was tight. The driver was late from the designated time. Furthermore, upon arrival he indicated in Italian that his credit card machine was broken. I used Google translate to tell him I did not have the cash and that the service had my credit card on file and asked him to call the office. He insisted that I go into the airport with him and use one of those ripoff ATMs to take out Euros to pay him. With the ATM fees and bad exchange rate, it cost me 28% more. This all took valuable time and I ended up missing my flight.

Coming off a cruise at Civitavecchia port & transferring to Rome Fiumicino airport We were off the ship earlier than anticipated so would have had over an hours wait for our arranged pick up time Contacted Rome Airport Transportation on WhatsApp through the link on confirmation email & asked if there ws a chance of the driver coming earlier Answer was 'driver coming' & within a few minutes he was there helping us with our cases in a nice clean vehicle Good driver & dropped us right outside the terminal doors Wouldn't hesitate to use them again Easy to navigate website, competitive pricing & great communicationPosted on Google

Worst service I ever received. Booked a trip, they charged my card. After that my flight changed, it took me weeks to get a hold of them and asked them to change the arrival time. They started to ask questions about number of people and bags again whereas I said multiple times that nothing new, just need to change my arrival time and flight. After a long flight, it was very nice to find the driver waiting for us at arrivals. The journey is quite long, but everything was comfortable and well organized. The car was clean, plenty of space for luggage, and the driver drove safely. It was a relaxed and stress-free transfer. I’ve used several different car services in Rome over the years, but this one stands out for its punctuality and car quality. The driver was very polite and spoke good English, which made communication very easy. He took the most efficient route to our hotel, avoiding the typical tourist traffic jams. We arrived at the airport feeling refreshed rather than stressed. The office staff was also very helpful when I needed to change my pickup time at the last minute. The driver helped us with our four large suitcases without any complaints. The drive was smooth, and the car was very comfortable with plenty of legroom. Driving in Rome can be chaotic, but he was very calm and expert behind the wheel. We felt completely relaxed after our long-haul flight. Brien Morris1696 days agoTour Rome in August I would never have thought in a single day and with 2 children to be able to see so many things in Rome ... And to also be able to eat spaghetti with cheese and pepper ... And instead Gianluca, super prepared, helpful and efficient, unloaded us very close to the places to visit, he left the right time, never too little, but not too much, and then he darted again towards a new destination ... And to delight our palates he booked us an excellent restaurant, fast, excellent typical cuisine, with the possibility of do many tastings ... And also cheap ... In short, in all respects the top !!! With 5 passengers in our group we also used them for our private round-trip transfers to our hotel's cruise port. They provided excellent service and even sent us a photo of the driver and his contact information 24 hours before each pickup. I would recommend!
